PARTS RETURNS POLICY

  • MUST HAVE ORIGINAL INVOICE
  • ALL SPECIAL ORDER PARTS REQUIRE A RE-STOCKING FEE OF 25%
  • NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS, OPEN CARB KITS, BELTS OR ANY OTHER PARTS ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AND/OR USED ON A MACHINE. MUST BE IN PROPER PACKAGING (IF PACKAGING IS REQUIRED)
  • RETURNS ON ALL PARTS (IE. BELTS) AND ALL OTHER PARTS/ITEMS THAT LOOK QUESITONABLE MAY BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A FURTHER INSPECTION BEFORE A REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, WHICH WILL BE HANDLED AS A SMALL JOB (ONE DAY TURNAROUND)
  • WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT/INVOICE FOR ALL RETURNS – IF YOU LOST THE INVOICE OR DO NOT HAVE IT, WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT FROM OUR COMPUTER SYSTEM
  • THE ITEM IN QUESTION FOR RETURN MIGHT HAVE TO BE LEFT WITH US UNITL WE FIND THE PROPER PAPER WORK IF POSSIBLE SINCE IT MIGHT TAKE A FEW MOMENTS TO RETRIEVE INFOMATION
  • CUSTOMERS CAN RETURN IN-STOCK PARTS IN PROPER PACKAGING (IF PACKAGING IS REQUIRED) UNINSTALLED/UNUSED FOR UP TO 60 DAYS
  • IF PART WAS PURCHASED 60 DAYS UP TO A YEAR FROM ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE, A STORE CREDIT CAN BE APPLIED TO THE CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF A REFUND
  • IF PARTS WERE PURCHASED MORE THAN 365 DAYS (1 YEAR) AFTER PURCHASE DATE THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS, NO STORE CREDITS

 

WE WANT TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE CORRECT PARTS!

Please ensure to bring all proper information (see below) when looking to purchase parts for your piece of equipment.  Some parts cannot be returned after they are purchased.

  • Lawnmowers/Snow Throwers – Model# & Serial#  – Located on a tag on the deck/frame of the machine
  • Lawn/Garden Tractors – Model#, Serial# & Product Code (if available)  – Located on a tag under the seat or on the frame of the machine.
  • Engines – Model#, Type# & Serial# – Located on a tag or stamped in the shroud of the machine
  • Chainsaws – Model# & Serial# and or Product Code

*When purchasing a new chain for your chainsaw, we require a sample, the size of the bar, the pitch, thickness and number of links.
