Effective Monday, April 6, 2020, our premises will be closed to the public in order to comply with the Ontario government’s revised guidelines for business operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
While our business may be closed to walk-in traffic, we are modifying our usual practices so that we can continue to provide our customers with the products and services they need to conduct their own businesses or to maintain their property.
In order to provide customers with parts, service and any other products they need, we will be operating via curb side pickup and delivery only until further notice.
To place an order for parts and other retail products, or to arrange for your equipment to be serviced, please contact us Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm via one of the following:

•If ordering parts, please have your model and serial numbers ready when you call or include them in your email/text.
•When contacting us by email, please include your name and a telephone number where we can best reach you.
•All retail and service orders will be processed by credit card over the phone.
•Please do not provide your credit card information in your email - a staff member will contact you by phone to process the order and will ask for your credit card number at that time.
As we switch to this temporary method of conducting business we recognize that there will be a period of adjustment for our customers as well as our staff. We are all in this situation together and we are here to provide you with the products, services and advice you need related to lawn, garden and small engine equipment. As it has always been, service is our top priority. We also ask for your patience during this time as we navigate through this new phase of operation, especially as we enter our busiest season of the year.

When purchasing a new chain for your chainsaw, we require a sample, the size of the bar, the pitch, thickness and number of links.
