D I Y Parts
- Always supply your unit Model & Serial Number for ALL required parts.
*Tractor / Zero turn (usually under seat) * *Other equipment (usually on the frame) *
*Model and serial for unit will not be on the engine*
- For engine parts you must have model and serial numbers located on the engine.
- All parts are original equipment or top quality after market.
- Beware of low-cost replica items that are not of good quality.
*When purchasing a new chain for your chainsaw, we require a sample, the size of the bar, the pitch, thickness, and number of links*
Full Time Deals.
- 15% off all filters.
- Purchase 2 or more chains and get 20% off all chains.
- Ask our friendly sales staff for any additional current deals or sales.
Parts Return Policy
- Must have the original invoice / invoice number.
- ALL special-order part returns require a 25% restocking fee.
- No returns on electrical items, open carb kits, belts or any other items that have been installed and or used on a machine. Must be in proper packaging (if packaging is required).
- Returns on all parts (e.g., belts) and all other items that look questionable may be required to have a further inspection before a refund will be processed, which will be handles as a small job and be completed the next day.
- We require a receipt / invoice for all returns – if you lost the invoice or do not have it, we might be able to retrieve the original receipt from our computer system.
- The item in question for return might have to be left with us until we find the proper paperwork if possible since it may take a few moments to retrieve the information.
- Customers can return in-stock parts in proper packaging (if packaging is required). Uninstalled / unused for up to 60 days.
- If part was purchased 60 days up to a year from original purchase date, a store credit can be applied to the customers account, instead of a refund.
- If parts were purchased more than 365 days (1 year) after purchase date, there will be no returns or store credits.
